1. I’ve tried this MIUI Theme on my Redmi Note 6 Pro running MIUI 11.0.2, and it's all worked perfectly. However, some themes might not natively support devices with 16:9 screen ratio, and you may have problems for this reason.
2. Restart your Xioami phones after apply this MIUI Theme.

This method is little longer, but I hope it will be useful for you. So without wasting any time, let's start.
Required some changes in Settings
1. Enable Screen Navigation Button
Path: Settings>>Additional Settings>>Full Screen Button>>Buttons
2. Set Close Current App Shortcuts Button with Long press with Back Button
Path: Settings>>Additional Settings>>Button shortcuts>>Close Current App>>Long Pree with Back Button

Install Mix Explorer Application in Xiaomi Mobile
Download Theme in .MTZ Format
Method 1:-Steps To Apply Third Party Theme in Xiaomi Mobile Permanently:
1. Open official Theme Store.
2. Select any theme and download it.
3. During importingyour downloaded theme click on back button and hold it until to close current app.
4. Open Mix Explorer App and go to downloaded theme location which you want to apply on your phone.
5. Click on downloaded .mtz file and copy all the files except "description.xml" file.
6. Come back and go to MIUI>>Theme>>Download folder. Here you will get a .mtz file, which you have downloaded from theme.
7. Click on that .mtz file and delete all the files expect "description.xml".
8. After that paste the files here you have copied earlier.
9. Again open Theme Store. Remaining process of theme importing will be continue.
10. Go to offline mode and apply.
